Talented approached us with a brief for Swiggy that was quite interesting. It was their new online space called “Mini” where smaller brands can promote themselves. The brief was to be a 10 second launch video, so we needed to crack strong visual storytelling that could help us bring out the message and brand touchpoints in this short span of time.
First we studied the concept that came to us from talented and understood what were the different offerings that we can leverage on. This study helped us understand the elements needed, we also looked at various visual styles so that we could find the right one that would bring out this feeling.
An idea then emerged where we would create a film without any cuts, revealing the Miniverse world and all the brands that come within it. We created storyboards keep this direction in mind.
Now that this creative solution was cracked, we sat down with the agency and brainstormed. Along with this we started creating the models in 3D and adding them one behind the other, something that represented a virtual market,
We also decided to end it with mini people sitting on the logo, just to emphasise the idea that this initiative was truly a Mini Universe in itself.
The film was well received by the clients.
