Challenge
Chandrika, an herbal soap from Wipro promises the goodness of Ayurveda and offers a natural way to effectively protect your hands and leaves them clean and healthy .The requirement of the unique ingredients to be photorealistic in the film was initially a challenge in itself with not all of them readily available.
Research
We knew for a fact that if Chandrika Hand wash was to be presented as ‘goodness of Ayurveda’, it would be shown as the freshest-purest drop from nature. It would epitomize nature, in its truest- purest form. Our inspiration were the very jewels that you see in nature. Dew drops. What followed is a study of light in the forest and how light reacts with the product, both liquid and the container.
Ideation
What would allow the dews to reflect their freshness is the lights pouring through them. The product too had a bright crystal green colour that would compliment the ‘freshest-purest’ idea. We also put in a good time and energy exploring style frames and design of elements, be it an ancient scroll or the arrangement of items in the final hero shot. Multiple iterations and options helped us come up with the best visually striking shots for the film.
Production
Here we added the divinity factor to the film by designing the overall look & feel that highlights the play of sunlight, the product bottle, the liquid and its suggestive ingredients.We modeled, photographed and built textures successfully that resulted in achievement of the results.
